The villa
Chica Del Mar is a modern villa, ideally located near the beautiful village of Moraira, just 200 meters from Cala Advocat beach at the Mediterranean sea. The center of Moraira, the nearest village, is barely 8 minutes away, as are most activities, the main restaurants and shops.
For the golf players, there are 4 golf courses in the vicinity, 9 and 18 holes.
The Villa
The house itself, located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest Cala Advocat beach, can be described as casual and intimate. The interior has a modern style with local accents and the occasional hint of striking color.

*The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
*There are four bedrooms, all with king size beds and equipped with central A / C (cold and warm)
The master bedroom has its unsuited bathroom, bedroom two and three parts one and bedroom four has a shower room. The beds on the bedrooms are equipped with white 100% cotton bedding, cozy bedspreads and pillows. All bedroom windows are fitted with screens and adjustable shutters.

Outdoor living
At Chica Del Mar you can enjoy the outdoors: Enough places to enjoy the sun and shade, and also comfortable seats spread over the premises. There is a beautiful sun terrace with comfortable loungers and a nice heatable swimming pool. You can also use our BBQ on the terrace near the outdoor kitchen and have your aperitif on the roof terrace.
