Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are always unpleasant... we believe in clear regulations up front. So, should we receive a cancellation (by email only), the following terms apply:

• Any cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to your arrival: you will lose the deposit, but you have the possibility to change your dates and keep your deposit.
• Any cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to your arrival: 50% refund of the total rental fee.
• Any cancellation from 4 to 3 weeks prior to your arrival: 25% refund of the total rental fee.
• Any cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival: Sorry but no refund.

We always find a solution in the event of a cancellation, but to be sure, we advise you to consider a cancellation insurance in case unforeseen issues arise.
